I facilitate eight-week bi-monthly sessions for managing your anxieties, worries, and fears. Individuals can gain much support around their anxious concerns from speaking with others about their worries. I facilitate a safe and open environment for individuals to share their anxiety and teach useful relaxation and breathing strategies for managing these concerns.
